Welcome to Shakti Foundation Online

Shakti Foundation is a voluntary organisation, working for economic empowerment of resourceless families in rural and urban areas. It does so by providing micro-finance and skill development training to the target people. For marketing, it has established a handicraft bazaar (market).

The Foundation is based in Shikohabad town of Firozabad district in Ut tar Pradesh, India. Close to the Taj city Agra, Firozabad is known world over for its fine bangles, jewellery and glass ware. In the recent years, the Foundation is expanding its area of operation and reaching out to diversified range of artisan groups in different parts of the State.
